As a leader of a team in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, I structured and implemented initiatives to facilitate patient access to treatment, improve the experience with the company brand, and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Achievements:

• Built the first data analytics dashboard to understand real consumers, assess risks & communicate them

• 6 contracts re-negotiated with Labs ($40K of Cost Savings)

• Closed 2 specialized oncology programs with external partners and led the launch of 3 new programs, with a structured communication plan for their correct execution.

Personal Fact: I lived in Panama as a country of residence and traveled to many countries in Central America, meeting hospitals and key stakeholders, and learning about different cultures to be able to understand the environment.
